6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• As pristine as a freshly-brewed Polyjuice Potion

6.2 Non-Returnable Items
