Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we’re confident you’ll love your magical purchases, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned – it’s as rare as a Slytherin winning the House Cup, but it happens!

Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: 15 days from when you receive your magical parcel
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached – as pristine as a freshly-brewed Polyjuice Potion

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the magical integrity of certain products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items from our Create Your Own Trunk collection (crafted specifically for you)
  • Opened Harry Potter LEGO sets (unless defective)
  • Personalised Jewellery items
  • Any magical merchandise that has been obviously used or damaged after delivery

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, carefully package items in original packaging, protecting them as well as a Golden Snitch in a Quidditch match.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days (we examine items as carefully as Madam Pomfrey checks for hexes)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item (as rare as a sighting of the Hungarian Horntail in central London), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement faster than you can say “Accio perfect product!”
