Return & Exchange Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date you receive your magical parcel to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, as pristine as a freshly-brewed Polyjuice Potion.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the magical integrity of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalised items from our Create Your Own Trunk collection (as they’re crafted specifically for you)
Opened Harry Potter LEGO sets (unless defective)
Personalised Jewellery items
Any magical merchandise that has been obviously used or damaged after delivery
